How to resolve Email service disruption

In Internet Explorer:

1. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Connection Tab > LAN Settings
   
2. Tick the checkbox for "Use a proxy server for your..."
   
3. In the Address Field type in "veron.nus.edu.sg"
4. under Port field, type in "3128"
   
5. Click OK to apply settings.

This according to NUS ITcare however, is only a temporary measure. We were adviced to regularly check back if these sites are still accessible without the proxy server method.
